CaptchaSonic provides automated CAPTCHA recognition services through an API. Our services are designed to assist developers and businesses with legitimate data processing, accessibility testing, and workflow automation.

As a user of our service, you agree to the following obligations:

  • Compliance with Laws: You will use our services in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, malicious, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: spamming, credential stuffing, distributing malware, fraudulent activities, or any action that infringes upon the rights or terms of service of any third party.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and intellectual property associated with the CaptchaSonic service are the exclusive property of CaptchaSonic and its licensors.
